Excellent craft beer selection and tasty food

I love craft beer, especially imperial stouts, and Blaze had several stouts including imperial stouts, and they all were excellent, served in the appropriate glasses. We had a variety of dishes including burgers, sandwiches and pizza. The pizza was just okay, but the burgers and sandwiches were tasty. The burgers were crisp on the outside, juicy inside, with great toppings. Service is friendly and quick. Nice ambience. Prices were about what you would expect, and good value.

Excellent service! We were asked before being seated for our contact information, and all the servers and staff were wearing masks.
We had delicious drinks- mudslide was a big hit with the husband! Poutine is a must for an appetizer- yum! We both had pizza- Grandma and Chorizo were fantastic.
We will be back – great food, wonderful service, and complete rule following- thank you!

We visited our grandaughter who is a UMaine freshman for Easter Weekend. Blaze was recommended by one of her friends who lives in Bangor It was just the comfort food we were looking for after a day of driving. Both food and service were good We shared several appetizers and a pizza and will definitely return on our next trip to campus

Fabulous craft beet and the food was great as well. Our party had fish tacos, mac & cheese and brisket sandwich. I had the Percolate coffee milk stout and my husband had the Jam Flow IPA which were awesome. Great service! We sat at the bar. Our bartender was friendly and super neat and tidy behing the bar, I love seeing that! I can say that all of the food I saw being served at the bar looked really good and everyone seemed happy. The burgers were big! There is both indoor and outdoor seasonal seating as well as a nice bar. Great place!

Went there for lunch and had their haddock taco. It was delicious with a choice of corn or flour tortilla veggies and an aïoli. Liz our server was very helpful and friendly. The place has a very trendy vibe, creative dishes and an extensive list of drinks.
Would definitely recommend for any type of visit as you can sit at the bar or get a table.
